Eugenia Uhl, photographer, is a native New Orleanian. Upon completing an advertising degree at Louisiana State University, she went on to Portfolio Center, a commercial art school in Atlanta. She began her career as a freelance photographer in 1989 in New Orleans.

Eugenia photographs have been featured in New Orleans Magazine, Southern Accents, Metropolitan Homes, GQ Magazine, Essence, Travel & Leisure and Vegetarian Times. Her clients include Adler's, Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, International House Hotel, Volunteer� of America, Galatoire's and Tulane University. She has completed two cookbooks, "Commander's Kitchen" for Commander's Palace and "The Flavors of New Orleans" for Palace Cafe. Her fine art photography can be found at Bassetti Gallery in New Orleans.
